Rev. Andy Lambert, renowned evangelist in the United Methodist
church,
will bring a youthful spirit and energy to our pulpit for
the Sprinkle Preaching
Mission. Rev. Lambert was appointed as a General Evangelist
for the United
Methodist Church in 1997. His messages, can, indeed, be
life changing. You will want to hear each one! Rev. Lambert
will be preaching on Sunday morning, September 12 at 8:45
am and 10:55 am. Services will begin at 7:00 pm on Sunday
through Wednesday evenings, September 12, 13, 14, and 15.
On Sunday evening, please join us in the Family Life Center
(across from the church) for refreshments.
Dr.
Henry and Margaret Sprinkle, beloved members of First Church,
established an endowment many years ago to provide financial
means to bring an outstanding preacher to our church’s
pulpit each year. The Sprinkle Preaching Mission is a highlight
of our church year. Please make these services your highest
priority. Nursery care will be provided for each service.
